The kicker is only 20 to 30% of those thoughts are positive ones. Can you believe it? Between 70 and 80% of our daily thoughts are negative! Some of these thoughts are directed toward others although many of our negative thoughts are directed toward the person thinking those thoughts! YOU!...No wonder it’s difficult to believe in yourself and be successful! How conscious are you of your thoughts about yourself?
